When I try to open the network and sharing center, the response is either
nothing or extremely delayed (minutes) if it does work. Sometimes it works a little better if I have the task manager open. If I do have the task manager open it will say "network flyout" and then disappear. This is extremely aggravating because I can't change network settings or the network I am connected to. Thanks for the help |

I'm having the exact same problem.. and apparently Vista doesn't want me
fixing it, because I could not access this page from my vista box. I don't know how to fix it, but you're not alone buddy! I don't get it. What command? It looks like you just restart vista and login. I have the symptoms mentioned but re-loggin in doesn't fix anything. I must be missing something. Bryan "Robert L.
