Default Can't log into administrator

I was setting up my son's new computer. I had his profile as the standard
user with parental controls and mine with what I thought was administrator
control. I shut it down and now we both are standard users. I can't do
anything on mine or his. What can I do.

Just to keep things straight. The article on that website was authored by
MVP Jimmy Brush, not me.
I only helped with some of testing for those procedures.
