Default Share USB external hard drive on Vista Ultimate

I have a Vista Ultimate system that shares an external usb hard drive with
full access rights, however, when another system on the network tries to
access this drive access is denied. The other systems on the network can
access my hard drive with no problems.

I manually set the share by right clicking on the drive in computer and set
permissions for everyone to have full access. I did the same for my C drive
and all of the network computers can axcess the folders and files, but not
the external usb hard drive.

Also check the permissions in the Security tab. Or this link may help,

I have given my external USB drive full permissions and it still cannot be
accessed.
