Default unable to run Toshiba Full Disc wipe


You might try downloading another copy and burning it again in case it
had gotten corrupted somehow before.

from remembrance i used DVD but i did do it at a slow speed and
remembering that it didn't have install.wim or wouldn't recognize it
to start off with
