Hi, my problem is:

You may want to try Disable the automatic adjustment for the TCP window

In you Network connection, try unticking the TCP/IPv6 option.
Leave the old TCP/IPv4 ticked. Some ISPs have a prob with it. v4 is 32bit, v6 is new and 128bit. netsh interface tcp set global rss=disabled to the mix..
