hello,
I have 2 new Vista (business) notebooks on domain (and many others with WinXP) with Windows 2000 domain controler. When I want to "Save as" a file from Word 2007 to file server disk, it is impossible to create new subfolder by this way. It notices, that parent folder is "unreachable" (sorry, maybe it is not correct translate notice to English, I have Czech Vistas), but the standard name "New folder" is created, file is not saved (parent directory notice, again). When I tried the same with notepad, I cannot create new subfolder, but I save the file ;o). When I try to create folder from Total Commander it works fine, all operatins work normally. Thank you for any help. -- Regards, Jiri Cvrk http://cvrk.com/indexe.htm |

I think that we have the same problem as somebody, who asked befo
cut Vista/Office 2007 user unable to save directly to Windows Server 2003 network Bookmark: Question: We have a computer here in our office using Windows Vista and Office 2007, on a Windows Server 2003 network. The problem we're having is that whenever the user tries to save to our network using Word, Excel, Visio, any of the Office 2007 programs, a window pops up that says "Document not saved." The only way he's been able to save to our network is by first saving the item on his hard drive, then placing the item on the network. /endcut I found a question, but not the solution ;o( "Jiří Cvrk" píše v diskusním příspěvku news ![]() hello, I have 2 new Vista (business) notebooks on domain (and many others with WinXP) with Windows 2000 domain controler.
