Is there a sync log?

Vista Ultimate

I inadvertantly sync'd my offline folders after deleting some files I really
didn't mean to delete. No "undo" option to my dismay. There are 1000's of
files but only 20 or so were deleted. I need to know what was deleted.

Does Vista keep a log of what the sync actually did? Which files were
deleted, etc?
