Hello everybody,
I have a question about Vista in an NT 4.0 domain. Our computers are all in the domain sg.oa and our user accounts in domain de.acc ... Both domains are fully trusted... Now I have managed to join a test machine with Vista in our sg.oa domain and wanted to add my own account from the de.acc domain as admin.. I was not able to add my account in there... How do I do this? Windows needs to log in to the de.acc domain to add my account, but when entering the proper data (this always worked in 2000 and XP) it just tells me username or password would be wrong... How do I manage this? It does not seem to be possible for me to add my de.acc account to the admin group in Vista in this way... :-( Best regards, Tobias |
