DUN Error 31
I receive an error code 31 every time i disconnect from a dial up (its
actually a cell phone tether) and try to re-connect. So i am able to connect only once, then i have to reboot to get another connection. I have tried shutting down all services to do with rasman and restarting them with no affect. I receive the following error in the rasman log file. [3072] 11-27 13:33:42:864: d:\vistartm\net\rras\ras\rasman\rasman\request.c, 7415: Activate Route failed for COM7. dwErr = 31 This problem does not occur in XP Pro, i can connect and disconnect as many times as i want.
