Default Transfering big files to a samba server

Hello,

I'm saving files from Vista Home Premium to a Linksys NSLU2 Samba 3.0.24-et
server (Linux Debian 4.0r1). When trying to save big files, I can see via
telnet files growing over 1 GB on the NSLU2, but when finished, a popup
appears telling me there was a problem accessing the local file and the
remote file is erased.

The biggest fileI could save on this FAT32 partition is 716 MB. What happens ?

Regards

Jean-Marc

Microsoft update may fix this issue. This link may help. Please post back
with the result.

Thanks Robert, but I get this message (translated): "This update dos not
apply to your system."

I'm using Vista Home Premium French. When downloading KB938979 via the
french pages, there was no no such limitation.
