Default Call of duty 4, mss32.dll not a valid x64 program?

the file iw3sp in the crack folder is the modified exe copy that to the
directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern
Warfare" and run thatīs it

The mss32.dll is in this directory
