Acer Aspire 9300, no video hardware...
Well this has been a bit of a problem since August. I was clearing up my program files and uninstalling things that I didn't need and I accidently uninstalled the drivers for my Orbicam on my Acer Aspire 9300. I downloaded the drivers from the Acer site and they haven't worked, I've downloaded and installed all of them just to check I wasn't getting the wrong one. When I open 'LiveCam' it says that there is no video hardware available, I tried to install another webcam on my laptop, all the drivers installed however the computer will not detect it saying that there is no video hardware when there quite obviously is. I wrote to Acer in the summer and wasn't even given a reply so I was wondering if you guys could help me. If you need more detail just ask, I know it's a bit vague really. -- [sweetHEART] ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [sweetHEART]'s Profile: http://forums.techarena.in/member.php?userid=36573 View this thread: http://forums.techarena.in/showthread.php?t=865132 http://forums.techarena.in |
