Sorry to bring back an old thread, but I figured I may as well not
create a new one if this is relevant... I am having a problem with
trying to get my computer to go to sleep. I regularly put my computer to
sleep before i go to bed so the fan isn't being loud. I got an xbox 360
and sync'd it with media center and now my computer will not sleep. I
unsync'd my xbox and computer, and it still will not sleep. Any
suggetstions? I already tried step 2 on the power options link. I would
really like to not deal with dell support again.
I have a Dell Inspiron 1720 running Vista 32bit.
