Default Windows Meeting Space and NetMeeting

Hi,

Sorry if this has been already adressed, but I didn't find an answer in this
newsgroup so far.

Ho do I connect to a meeting started by Netmeeting (on XP) and Windows
Meeting Space? Please note that I'm using a VPN to the office form my home
office.

Thank you.

By design NetMeeting (not included in Vista) and Meeting Space are *NOT*
compatible so you can't use one to hold a meeting with a person using the
other.

Not having NetMeeting available to VISTA Home Premium sucks. How am I
suppose to network with folks at work using Windows XP NetMeeting. It will
be years before they upgrade to VISTA. Not providing this capability is
outragous. I guess I will miss a lot of meetings. VISTA lowers productivity
for the world and MicroSoft wonders why we don't want a monoply. Thanks
Bill, for another unwanted feature.

Netmeeting has been replaced with Windows Meeting Space and Windows Live
Messenger,
but I think you can submit a request to obtain this hotfix....

Yes, we are aware of the Microsoft solution of Windows Meeting Space and
Windows Live Messenger for VISTA. We are also aware of the hotfix that only
works with Windows VISTA Business/Enterprise/Ultimate. There is absolutely
no support for the Windows Home Premium. There are thousands of users who
connect to Netmeeting from their homes. Why else would I buy a VISTA Home
Premium OS. I want everyone, to understand very clearly that Microsoft is
providing no support for Netmeeting capabiities on the Windows Home Basic or
Home Premium. Therefore, I will tell ever home user not to buy VISTA. This
is the only means users have to fight back against a non-responsive monoply.
I know Microsoft doesn't want me on the jury for their next monoply law suit.
