now working.So apparently when I kicked the windows security to the
curb i am
now able to use my incredimail programs and a lot of other stuff it was

letting me into.I have norton and a firewall up so to say that windows
security is overkill is an understatement.If anone would like the link

geek site let me know.It seems there is a lot of good info in there for
us
