You can go to Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced and select the
option to break apart messages larger than a certain size and choose a
megabyte. Then when you send, since there is an increase in size due to
message encoding, you will sent about 300 one megaybte pieces which the user
can then reassemble, after his computer is finished downloading all of those
pieces.

How big a message will your ISP allow? Most have a limit of 2 to 10 MB.
Some smaller. Do you have a Web site you could upload it to and then
send
him a link?
