Something missing in "Network Connections" screen?

Default Something missing in "Network Connections" screen?

It seems as though "New Outgoing Connection" should also be listed in this
menu, afterall, the vast majority of connections made from a Vista PC will
be outgoing.

Default Something missing in "Network Connections" screen?

It's not in the Manage Network Connection screen. Go back to Network
and Sharing Center and select "Set up a connection or network"..

This is one of my GUI gotchas for Vista...

Yes, I knew where to configure it, just thought it was counterintuitive that
it wasn't also in "Network Connections".

This is one of my GUI gotchas for Vista...
