The problem was I was using WinZip to mount it and once I used a "real"
mounting program it worked.

The downloaded file is an ISO file it's just that WinZip is associated
with
that file. SO I'm thinking that maybe that is the problem...
So I am going to disassociate iso files from winzip and see if that does
anything.
