Timing. If the board doesn't support as high a timing, or has to step down
the timing to match other internals, then it will reduce the performance
score.

Anyway, just installed 2 gb RAM from an one Vista machine into another.
Windows experience gives it a score of 2.6 whereas in the other machine it
was rated 3.8. Any ideas on what might cause the difference.
