Default Netgear wg311v3 home network help!!!

Hi there I have a wg311v3 netgear usb wireless stick with latest drivers. My
problem is I can't share files with the other computers on the network. I
can see them and see the folders and printers they are sharing but can't
access them. printer and file sharing is turned on, on all the comps and
they can share with each other and use my shared files. I have turned off
all firewalls with no affect and installed the netgaer on an XP comp and it
works fine. I can connect to the internet and like I say see the other comps
on my network but not access the files. Does anyone else have this adapter
with vista home premium and does it work? Called netgear and they were no
help at all!!!

Thank you for reading, any questions please ask.
Richard

If you can see them but access, it could be the permission issue. Have
assign the permission to the Vista user under Security tab? Or this link may
help. Please post back with the result.

Vista Permission IssuesCan I assume the external drive used to be connecting
to other computer and you just re-connect it the the Vista? Check the
permission using this command: . ...
