Default Multiple Ip and Multiple Proxy

I'm using a laptop Amilo Pro with vista business
I work in more than 3 different networks.

1 - In my office I Use WLAN with fixed IP or LAN with DHCP and the Proxy is
xxx.xxx.0.254

2 - In the the Clients I work in LAN with the DHCP and the proxy is
xxx.xxx.7.253

3 - At home I use WLAN with DHCP and no proxy is set (automatic detect)

I saw in a IBM laptop with vista from a friend that had this IBM application
to manage WLAN/LAN networks such as when he changes between them it not only
changes the network policies, but also the IP and overrides the proxy.
this Allows In to be more mobile between the networks he is working.

In mine Vista I saw that it is able to detect the networks but it doesn't
update the IP or the Proxies such as the application from the IBM. Is there
any way to do it???
