IE7 Prints only Office Online Logo and Copyright message from Web
(cross-post added to Vista P F & S)
"JWR" wrote in message ... When trying to print a quick reference sheet from Help in Microsoft Office Demo IE7 window opens and page is displayed correctly. However when using Print Button or File\Print from Menu Bar the printed page contains on the intital Office on Line Icon and the final copyright 2007 item. Main body of text is not printed. Using Print Preview option shows page will be printed as above. No error message is received. I am using Windows Vista and a Canon Pixma MP600 Printer. I have re-installed the latest Canon Vista Driver for the printer. Problem only experienced in the last few days prior to that the Pages printed correctly. I have not installed any new software etc. What happens if you use a generic printer, e.g. print to file and then print that instead? BTW this is not the best newsgroup for getting help with printing problems. Try the newsgroup for your OS which specializes in that. Cross-posting for convenience. Good luck Robert Aldwinckle --- Windows Vista was installed by Toshiba when I bought the Laptop. John |
