I have netbook Dell Latidude D630 with Windows Vista Business OEMAct 32 BITS
SP2
Language English.

I downloaded with Vistalizator program: Language Pack MUI Vista 32 SP2 and
changed the language in French = OK all seems well to function !

Question:

Systematic failure with Windows Update: Module linguistic X86 Microsoft.Net
Framework 3.5 SP1 (KB951847) = Failure ???

Solution ?
