Default vista home premium error message

whenever I print I receive this message "printer status window interface has
stopped working" but it does not effect the printing process.

anyone else see this?

this would be the monitor software specific to the device.

If someone else has this device, them they might be able to help out.

the search knowledge base url you provided came up "could not locate page".
when you say "monitor software specific to the device" are you referring to
the Dell printer software?

Unsure, you never mentioned what type of printer you had the first time. If
it's a Dell printer, then it's whatever software is bundled with the device.
See if you can just disable the monitor. Most likely the software is
provided by Lexmark.

downloaded updated drivers from Dell...problem went away (I hope)
