whenever I print I receive this message "printer status window interface has
stopped working" but it does not effect the printing process. anyone else see this? |

this would be the monitor software specific to the device.

the search knowledge base url you provided came up "could not locate page".

Unsure, you never mentioned what type of printer you had the first time. If
it's a Dell printer, then it's whatever software is bundled with the device. See if you can just disable the monitor. downloaded updated drivers from Dell...problem went away (I hope)
