I think you should run the Defrag last.
Why run Defrag and then do a Disc Cleanup ?

What I do when my computer gets slow:

1) msconfig - disable all startup and 3rd party services and exit
without restart

2) Schedule a Disk Error Check with only the 1st box checked.

3) enter Safe Mode and use the cmd - run as administrator and type
"defrag c:"
enter.

Open msconfig and click "normal startup" apply and restart.

Then do a disk cleanup and delete all but the most recent restore point,
on the more options section.
