Default printing test page

I have an hp printer on my system and every time I boot up the system a test
page is printed on the printer.
I have looked everywhere to find what is causing that to happen when I start
up.
Any help would be appreciated.

What is the printer model? Is it a test page, or is it really the alignment
page? If the latter, some models will do an automatic alignment if you let
the page complete. Other models require that you place the alignment page
on the scanner and press continue or OK. Once the alignment completes it
should not print again until you replace the print cartridges.
