Default wireless network

I have a building next to my work and it has DSL. I try to hook up to the
wireless internet which shows up on my vista laptop, but it says there is a
problem connecting to the wireless network.

Do your neighbours know that you are trying to access their Wireless Network,
and take their Bandwidth???
