Blue buttons next to power button on HP dv2000
I am having a problem with what I mentioned above. These buttons are not
functioning. When I press them nothing happens. Please help. Thank you.

Run msconfig from the start/search line. If the link doesn't work try searching HP's web site for "HP QuickPlay Web Update", or something similar.
