Default BootDevicesInitTime is high

Hi, sorry for my english.
My computer,
HP xw6200, 4GB ram, FX3400,Raid Adaptec 2120s with 2 scsi u320 15K hard disk
in raid 0 configuration, is very slow at boot time of windows vista.
The splash image of windows remains for 2 minutes around.
I think that the cause is: BootDevicesInitTime=126618
How can I resolve the problem?
