Vista sleeps for about one minute and then wakes
there are no devices that can wake the computer. all have been disabled, and
verified by the powercfg command. no devices are listed that are able to wake
the computer.
This problem occurs whether or not the laptop is plugged in.

here is an error from an event entry labeled power troubleshooter

by the way the microsoft health model events online system is worthless. I
always get the "we're sorry, no additional information" found page
