Default 32-bit Vista: Can not load driver for PS2 mouse

I have a Saitek Eclipse II USB keyboard. If I plug it into my 32-bit Vista
system, everything works fine. The Saitek, my original PS2 keyboard and my
original PS2 mouse.

However, when I unplug the PS2 keyboard and restart, the mouse is DEAD - can
not load driver???????

Any ideas????

Thanks
