Default Wireless Network between Windows XP & Vista

I have a Windows XP computer with a printer and a wireless router connected
via ethernet. I also have a Vista computer which is connected to the
wireless router and can access internet. I am having a hard time trying to
share files and printer. Both computers are in the same workgroup and have
tried other suggestions but Vista does not show the XP computer or the
printer. Any suggestions will be welcome.
