Default Multi Monitors Mirrored Desktop PC

Hi I was wondering how i can Mirror my 2 monitors on a desktop PC. I have
only found articles on how to do it for Mobile PC.

With both NVidia and ATI, this should be possible if you have installed
the driver/software from the chipset manufacturer, rather then using
Windows' own driver set.

If you can post what type of video drivers you're running, it might be
possible to be more helpful.
