i changed the (open with) bit when you right click a file and now its all
messed up cant even do anything .... which one do i change it too i want it back to normal since i clicked the (always use this) all my files are like this one you see .... help ???? |

Have you tried a system restore yet?
You didn't mention what type of file you changed the association for, but there are fixes for many of these.
