Default Microsoft Natural Multimedia keyboard 1.0A problem

I recently purchased a new pc running vista and connected my multimedia
keyboard using the ps2 connector this seemed to work but when I logged off
and restarted the next day the boot screen said that there was a keyboard
fault or none connected I downloaded and installed the latest drivers for
this keyboard and it seemed to work fine but again when I startup the same
thing happens no response from the keyboard anyone had the same problem ?

Default Microsoft Natural Multimedia keyboard 1.0A problem

Im having trouble with my 'microsoft digital media keyboard 1.0a' not
allowing my vista OS pc from sleeping. The fault reporting tells me
continusouly its happening and I have updated drivers and checked with device
manager and as far as its concerned its working properly. Its the only thing
I havent been able to resolve but still a little frustrating. I brought all
hardware for this pc at the same time so it isnt an issue of generations???
Hopefully a patch will come about soon. Good luck
