Advanced Restore Issue
Hello,
I am trying to restore files from a backup made on a different PC. These backup files reside on an external USB drive. I am attempting to use the Advanced Restore feature, however, I keep running into a security permissions issue. It asks me to create a user account with the same name, but several attempts at this have not worked. Going the other way, when I try to restore files without reassigning security permissions, I am unable to use/open/read the restored files. For instance, internet shortcuts do not work. HELP !!! I must be doing something wrong or missing some crucial step. John
