Default unable to drop n drag

my computer will not let me move files into new folders or folders into
folders i keep getting a pop up that says "you do not have permission for
this action retry or cancel"
problem is... i am the administrator and i dont understand why its saying this

Does this happen everywhere or just in one particular place? If the
latter, to where are you trying to move the files? Could junctions be
involved?

Have you tried right click on the start button properties start Menu tab
select customize scroll down to Enable context menus dragging and

dropping. Put a checkmark there !!

Right click the folder. Choose PropertiesSecurityEdit
