Bluescreen and automatic reboot

Vista Ultimate.
PC reboots itself at night. Never while I am using it.
Vista Error message says that the Marvell Ethernet driver is at fault and
that there is a solution. I have a Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3-1 motherboard with
the Marvell Yukon ethernet chipset on it.
I have reinstalled the latest drivers from the Marvell website three time
per their directions. Always indicates success on installaton.
It still has this problem.
The internet/ethernet is always on and always seems to work without problems.
I cannot find more understandable information for a solution.
Maybe it is not the Marvell Yukon drivers at all but something that causes
Vista to think that it is.
Not sure what to do next.

1) is there a free diagmnostic tool to help monitor the situation and help
find the solution?
2) is anyone else seeing this problem?
3) is there a better newsgroup to ask this in?
4) where in the event log might I find information?

Thanks,
Old&Tired

Bluescreen and automatic reboot

You have some diagnostics in the system already. Click the Start orb, right
click on Computer (right side of the menu pane), and select Manage. When
the Computer Management console opens look in the left pane and expand the
Event ViewerWindows Logs and select System. Review the log for the events
connected with the restarts.

Post back with your findings.
