When I try to print/save a web page as a pdf in Vista, the pdf printer

"file saved in temporary internet files, do I want to view, yes or no".
When I click yes, I'm taken to a folder in my documents which contains no
files. I can pdf files from, say, Word with no problems. I can also
print
web files with my Epson deskjet, also the MS Doc Image Writer.

Although I am logged on as Administrator and don't have another user
account, if I go to control panel, users, and disable the security
options,
I can then save my pdf.

I don't understand this. Can anyone help. I want to be able to pdf files
from the web without compromising my computer's security.

Many thanks

I must be very thick, but I don't understand your response. Could you be a
bit more specific about how I should deal with this problem.

Thanks

Annie

Robear crossposted your post to the
microsoft.public.windows.vista-print_fax_scan newsgroup since you will
probably get a better answer there. He also asked if you are running
ZoneAlarm since that may be the cause of your issue. So you need to
answer his question.

We are having the same problem in our office (printing a web page to a PDF
file); does anyone have a remedy for this problem?

Please begin your own thread about your problem, RC. State your Windows
version and if you're running Zone Alarm.
