Disable Offline Files.
Reboot.
Enable Offline Files.
Reboot.
If necessary, again make server files available offline.

To disable offline files, press Windows key or click Start. Enter "offline
files." Press Enter or click "Offline Files." Click "Disable."

To enable offline files, repeat above ("Enable").
