Default Vista in domain and network problem

Hi i have a little network with 1 SBS2003R2 domain an 14 pc with windows
vista business, in my network i have installed symantec endpoint protection.
I note this problem with or without symantec client installed my pc aren't
able to see my network completally, i mean that sometime see only itself
otherwise 3/4 pc server incluse, can't ping other pc and don't see network
print. I think that was a symantec problem but try to unistall client on a
network part but not resolve my problem sometime see the network sometime no
in every case. Now i think that there are some vista particullary network
configuration that i don't know or hardware problem.
Have any idea how to resolve my problem?
TIA Danilo
