Default OEToolV update

Just as ugly as ever:




Note the configuration. You have to enable the Views Bar via View | Layout and then you have to drag it down so it forms a full horizontal window below the main toolbar.

Buttons that don't work and will be removed in final include:

Switch ID
B
X
and the compact buttons.

The rest all still work in this build.

Hey, thanks. It works better than the one I had G. And those were the
buttons I expected *not* to work.
