Default sansa mp3 files

Hi, my daughter has a sansa mp3 player that she downloads songs on to. I have
tryed to tranfer songs from my computer to her divice, but it doesn't see any
of the files on her mp3 player. It shows that the memory is almost full, but
doesn't show any of the files. I can't delete anything or put anything on it
for her. I used to do this on a older computer with Windows XP with no
problems. Can someone help me?

Uninstall everything related to sansa, go to sansa website download and
install the files needed for Vista. Plug your sansa device, it will work as
it did for me, do not use the software that came with your device, the
downloaded files will do the job.

Enjoy,

Marhin
