please add a keyboard shortcut to send messages.

i don't like having immediate send because i sometimes want to doublecheck
emails i've written before sending them.

i don't like having automatic send/receive for the same reason plus it takes
like 5 to 10 minutes to do this and during this, it slows the program down
considerably.

yes, i can click the send but i'd really like a keyboard shortcut--just to
send.
