Windows Mail in Loop with message about communities
I checked Tools | Options | Use newsgroup ratings features.
When I went to send a message to this group, I got a message to the effect of can't connect to communits. There was a second message which I turned off, and forget. There was no way of killing the message, so I had to task manager kill Windows Mail which was still there even though I had exited the program and there was no window on the screen.
