Default how to make a slideshow/ dvd movie with music from photos

I have a bunch of older photos of family and friends, They are from photo
albums. I would like to transefer these to dvd and make a slide show or
movie with music. I have Windows vista, I have a scanner. What do I need to
do.

- scan your photo's, save scans as Tiff or JPG
- make a slide movie with WMM, put some music under it (also in WMM)
- burn it to DVD with W-DVD maker.

The first step would be to scan the pictures
and save them in a folder on your hard drive.

Then you could import the pictures into Movie
Maker and create your project.
