me to accept the license agreement. I did activate it as i am supposed to and
when i go to activation and check it says that it is activated, can someone

Uninstall Outlook 2003 and then reinstall. After the install apply all known
updates and services packs for MS Office Outlook. Then try again.

Log into the machine as administrator, accept the EULA, and it should
stop
appearing.
