Default VISTA/QT7 HREFTrack problem

Hi - Using QT7 + Vista Ultimate + IE7

Trying to use HREFTracks to get a movie playing in one frame to load html
files into another frame.

I spent hours trying to get this to work under vista, but the target
attribute "frame_right" did not cause the page to be loaded in "frame_right"
but in a new window. In fact, whatever target attribute was applied to the
HREFTrack, it still loaded the file into a new window.

In desperation, I tried the same thing on a machine running WIN XP Pro + QT7
+ IE7 and surprise surprise it works fine.

In-line frames do not solve the problem. I created an in-line frames page on
the Vista machine, uploaded to the server, but gave the same problem. When
accessed via the XP Pro machine, works fine (at least I have learnt that
inline frames are great)

Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Or an alternative way of doing
it?

If not, can a MVP tell me if M/S is aware of this problem, and if so, when
can I expect a fix? No point in continuing with the job if it wont work for
Vista users. If not, could they make them aware.

Thanks in desperation - Hugh
