Default Network Issue after joining a w2k3 domain

as soon i join my domain with my windows vista profesionnel (French Buiness)
Im enable to get an ip adresse from the dhcp... (it the same server as my
domain"w2k3") Im trying to start "Diagnostic Service" and i get an error :
access denied. Those fonction were properly working before i joined the
domain.

Try to add the domain username to the local administrator. Please post back
with the result.

my domain user is in the local admin group. If i logon as my first created
account (local) on the vista, i still have no longer acces to dhcp and
network diagnostic service. If i remove the vista from the domain, and put
it back to WORKGROUP, it still the samething. I have to restore my vista back
before i joined the dommain in the first time .. to get it back to work
again.

Had the same issues, here is what I did to fix, added to GPO registry
key for HKLM\system\services\tcpip\paramaters granted everyone full
access. Also added HKLM\system\services\tcpip granted everyone full
access and finally HKLM\system\services\DPS\properties granted everyone
full access.
