Default Can't do a voiceover in winamp shoutcast with Vista

I just started as an internet dj and I can't use my microphone along with
music I'm streaming using the shoutcast in winamp. It seems the "what you
hear" option has been disabled as a part of the mixer for the soundcard. To
use my microphone I have to cut off the music. I need to be able to talk over
the music at the end of songs and at the beginning of the next song.
